Where do you get your coupons from Mrs G?

I have been asked this question a _LOT_. The answer is from a few different sources. No, I'm not dumpster diving, but I am not above asking family for any extras they might have!

Here are my main sources of coupons:

Online.
There are several websites that mail you coupons. These are free sites, and with a total of 3 email addresses in this house, that gives us 3 copies of each coupon. Easy peasy! The sites in particular are as follows:

BRANDSAVER
SAVE.CA
WEBSAVER
GO COUPONS

There are also several "hidden" links within both Websaver and Save.ca. I'll explain more about those later.

Newspaper Inserts
These are sent every once and awhile. Popular names are such as "Red Plum", "Smart Source" and "Val-Pak". These are a wonderful source as many of these can be stacked (use more than one coupon) at sifferent stores, many times resulting in free (or almost) products. To get additional copies of these, I hit up friends and family. These are found in your daily newspapers (Edmonton Journal/Sun) on specified weekends.

Store Tear Pads
These are the coupons you randomly find while walking through stores. They are always with the products (exception is Superstore, they can also be found up front).

Manufacture Coupons
Did you know that only 3% of manufacture's coupons are ever reedemed? For that reason, calling up/emailing your favorite companies and requesting coupons can result in some great deals! What's the worst they can say? No.

Online Printable coupons
Many times these are GOLDEN! Quite often, you can print more than one, making them perfect to stack, or for a great sale, allow you to stock up!

Assorted coupons
Magazines, newspapers, and stick on coupons are a great savings. As are mail in rebates!

Keeping your eyes open for any and all cooupons is the way to start your pile, sometimes a product makes you money, and that is alwys a great thing. We;ll talk about "making money" off coupons tomorrow!
